Common dolphins in their hundreds off Skye

A group of wildlife spotters has encountered a massive pod of dolphins on a boat trip off the north coast of Skye.

Wild Scotland member, Hebridean Whale Cruises, who operate out of Gairloch on the west coast, estimated there were about 1,000 short-beaked common dolphin.
